Global sort in a cross table Merged

Users have expressed the need to be able to apply a global sort to a measure in a cross table.
Currently clicking the column header applies sorting only within the lowest level of the displayed
dimensions. They want to be able to optionally apply a GLOBAL sort so highest values are at the top within the WHOLE CROSS TAB. This can be simulated by adding a calculated column which ranks the measure then including this as a dimension.
