Add option to 'Export Data to File' tool to save as comma-delimited text (.txt) file Merged


*Goal:*
The report developer would like to export data as a comma separated text file.

*Details:*
Currently, if you export data using the 'export data to file' tool (File > Export > Data to File....), and save as a text file, it will be exported as regular tab separated text file. The customer would like this to be exported as a comma separated text file.
Note that they do not want to save as a Spotfire Text Data Format file.
