Formatting of cells in text based visualizations Merged

*Goal:*
As an author we want the ability to manipulate text properties of a cell in text based visualisations (table, cross table, graphical table, summary table, etc) such as:

- Font colour
- Font size
- Font styles (bold, italic, etc)
- Font name
- Text alignment
- Effects (strike-through)

    In Spotfire 7.7 it is now possible to style the following attributes in Cross tables and tables:

    Font size

    Font style

    Font name

    Text alignment

    Text orientation for headers
