To provide feature to define fixed intervals for single or multiple scales for varying data Merged

1) User is having a combination chart with two columns defined on multiple scales on Y-axis.
2) User has highlighted the point that even if you choose same scale range for the two columns on multiple scales , the intervals between the two data points vary sometimes.
