Add a feature to alarm prediction results generated out of the Rapid Depolyment) based on the new testing data

User case: User wants to build classification models and then use Rapid Deployment feature to execute model against new data to predicate outcome. The user wants to get an alarm in the form of email when the prediction result does not match with the observed result, i.e., the "incorrect" value shown on the Res column. The user is using streambase data source.

Background: Statistica currently support Alarm for SPC type of analysis that is tied to MAS, an example in this KB . Statistica could empower users to do more if Alarming feature can be generated to other conditions and other type of analysis. In this use case, if an alarm node can be hooked up with the Rapid Deployment Node to generate alarms when "incorrect prediction" is found, it would be powerful.
