When migrating an object using the Enterprise Migration Utility, provide an option to assign access permissions from the available groups/users in the destination database

Customer would like the option to assign groups in the destination database when using the SECMU (Enterprise Database Migration Utility).

Currently, these permissions are only migrated when the groups/users exist in the destination database. If the group does not exist in the destination database, the Access {ermissions remain blank.
