Add support for Swagger Merged

Without a way for customers to know how a RESTful web service works/what parameters are required, how are they to get this information?

I'd submitted a support ticket for this and was told this doesn't exist. Apparently it was requested internally:  CIS-62068, which was a prior request for Swagger support, filed internally back in 2016

    Thanks, Brian.  See TDV-I-96.  I'll make this as already exist so please vote that one.
