Enable support for Snowflake data source adapter

We have a requirement to use Snowflake as a data source in Tibco Data Virtualization. This adapter isn't available. As a workaround, we created a custom JDBC adapter for Snowflake using https://search.maven.org/classic/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Csnowflake-jdbc  The JDBC driver is open source. We'd like this Snowflake adapter to be supported in Tibco Data Virtualization.
