Allow Business Directory to be custom rebranded and restyled

I have had several customer ask me recently if Business Directory can be rebranded with their own company logos, background images and tailored with their own stylesheets to make it feel more in-keeping with other corporate tools. After all, the purpose of Business directory is to be a business-facing tool

At present there is no easy and fail-safe way to achieve this.
