The metrics that are included in TDV out of the box are useless for longterm reporting of how TDV is being used by customers. There is a package available through Advanced Services called KPI metrics but it is not supported and we are having great difficulty getting it working. Having metrics that would track usage by user and resource would be a great help in trouble-shooting but also give us the ability to report to management to plan for future growth.
Completely agree. We would like to have long term trending and that cannot be accomplished with the out of the box metrics.
