Support for Kafka adapter in TDV

We would like you to add support for a Kafka adapter in TDV to make it possible to access live Kafka data, in avro format, as a datasource.

We currently have mulitple Kafka streams storing data in avro format and such an adapter would enable us to do real time analysis and reporting with use of TDV.
