Add adapter or transformation to RDF/XML file

"RDF/XML" is a syntax, defined by the W3C, to express (i.e. serialize) an RDF graph as an XML document, it's filename extension is .rdf .

TDV has function to transform XML file into tabular form , but it hasn’t had any proper adapter to work with .rdf file to transform the data into tabular form.
