Native adapter for Oracle 26ai and ODA

We would like to request native adapters for Oracle 26ai and Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) in SDV.

Currently, the only way to connect to these versions is by building a custom adapter. However, since custom adapters are outside the standard support scope, it causes maintenance and support concerns for production environments.

Providing OOTB native adapters will ensure fully supported, reliable connections and simplify the configuration process.
