Include the 14.6 Dynamic welcome page scaffolding to cobranding landing page template

As Spotfire administrator I like the idea to be able to customize the landing page, but I would lose the dynamic landing page functionality which I may want to include.

Using the DevTools I found that there are cards that are added to a carousel.
