Alignment and Customization of Y-axis Spacing

The customer would like the option to automatically synchronize the Y-axis scale spacing between stacked (upper and lower) graphs. Additionally, they are requesting a UI option to manually specify this spacing to ensure a consistent and professional appearance when generating reports.
