Support official Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) language pack for Taiwan market

We would like to request official support for a Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) language pack in Spotfire.

For Taiwan users, zh-TW is the actual requirement. The currently available Chinese option, Simplified Chinese (zh-CN), is not a suitable substitute due to differences in written form, terminology, and formal document presentation.

Adding official zh-TW support would also help address current localization gaps in the interface. For example, in Cross Table visualizations, labels such as “Grand Total” and “Sub Total” are displayed only based on the supported language packs and cannot be customized. This creates inconsistency in reports and dashboards and shows that localization support is still incomplete.

In addition to requests from existing customers, we are also frequently asked whether Spotfire supports a Traditional Chinese interface when introducing the product to customers in Taiwan. This is especially important for Taiwan government agencies, state-owned banks, and other industries with higher requirements for formal documentation and localized user interfaces, where a Traditional Chinese user interface is often expected or required.

For these reasons, we hope Spotfire will consider adding an official Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) language pack to the product roadmap.
