When Oauth2 client is set without URI scheme startup fails hard, server is killed.
http or https and working url is required. otherwise internal services seize to startup and fail the total startup of the server.
Log message could be clearer, the only indication we got was Java.net.URI.getscheme() Error
It would be great if the server starts up, logging the error but continuing, logging this error and show a clear warning in a Server Health page.
