Export to PDF does not work for nested templates

The user has an analysis with multiple top-level pages that contain embedded web panels exposing additional pages/templates (e.g., Page 1a–1x, Page 2a–2x). When using Export to PDF, only the top-level pages are included in the output, and the web panel content is not rendered, resulting in missing or empty content in the PDF. The user expects the export to include all nested pages/templates within the web panels so the generated PDF contains the complete report rather than only the parent pages.
