Description:
Currently, title bar background colors are controlled globally through Canvas Themes and cannot be customized individually per visualization.

Requested Feature:
Add a property setting to customize the Title Bar background color for each visualization independently.

Benefit:
Helps users visually emphasize important metrics, group visualizations by category/department, or highlight threshold alerts.
