This change will allow us to utilize the "Analyze marked data" functionality while avoiding the extra CPU and memory spikes that occur when opening analyses with large volumes of data due to the background calculations for recommendations.

Under the current design, users must enable "Allow background calculations for recommendations" as a prerequisite before they can enable "Analyze marked data."

Instead, we would like the ability to enable "Analyze marked data" while keeping "Allow background calculations for recommendations" disabled.
