When a connection data source has saved credentials, the password field may display dots corresponding to the actual password length.
If the actual password is retained in the field, users may be able to reveal it using external tools.
We would like to request that Spotfire does not expose the actual saved password in the password input field, and instead uses a fixed placeholder or another method that prevents users from retrieving the password through the UI.
