The TimeSpan format is the only one that permit user to do some agregation on Time (written hh:mm:ss).
You can choose it if you upload a file, but you can't choose it when creating an information link.
So it is impossible to give the user (Business Author) an information link already prepared with timespan data formated.
In 6.5 user can't create a calculated object; so they must redo it each time in a custom expression.... boring for him...
