Add simple Text Area for Business Author Merged

The TextArea is a great visualisation.

The Business Author don't need it all, but really needs part of it, like :

- writting some text with special format and colors

- addings some image

- adding some simple button like : reset filtre, reset marking, go to page ....

The annotation is not enough to get  some information in the DXP document.

    The basic text area is now available as a visualization mod for Spotfire from the TIBCO Community Exchange: https://community.tibco.com/modules/basic-text-area-mod-tibco-spotfirer

    To use the Basic Text Area Mod, Spotfire 11.4 or later is required.
