Format and appearance options for Sparkline tool

The Sparkline data analysis tool can be significantly enhanced with:

1. Formating options for font size (by column and row)
2. Word-wrapping at column headers to allow column widths a more close match that of the data
3. Color options for the sparkline as well as the column values and header labels.
4. Option for using small data-points (one point largetrthan the line) with/without the line, in the actual Sparkline graphs. This allows data-breaks to be more easily seen as well as changes in data density vs. time, for instance.
5. Starting/ending values on the Sparkline graphs need to be in a smaller font than the summary table, to differentiate them form the table values
