Allow Expression Functions to be registered similar to Data functions Merged

At present, expression functions can only be used in the analysis .dxp they are created in. Would it be possible to allow them to be registered in the same way data functions can be, allowing them to be imported into different analysis .dxp's?

Expression functions are a very powerful but under-utilized feature. It would be very helpful to be able to save these to a library and use them across projects without having to copy and paste them in.
