Node manager under Linux Merged

Port Node manager to Linux.

    Hi,

    Node manager has been supported in Linux for some years.

    Anyhow, we understand you may refer to supporting Web Player and Automation Services on Linux (merged issue). And I'm happy to announce that this has been implemented in Spotfire 12.0 LTS.

    In Spotfire 12 LTS we can now run all the Spotfire services on Linux.
