Support Map Feature Service

To be able to add existing feature services layers from ArcGIS to a map in Spotfire. For companies who already have many layers built out, it would be very convenient to be able to consume them. WMS layers aren't enough, as you cannot combine them with data existing in the current analysis.

    I strongly support this as a required OOTB connector for Spotfire. The use of WFS is now more annda more common really is the default standard for sharing geospatial datasets.

    The current work around using R scriting annd conversion to WKB is clunky. Please make this a #1 priority
