Modify Save Menu in Business Author through the API

We need to remove the Save option on the Save Menu in Business Author.  We currently only allow Save As in our current Mashup that runs under Spotfire v7.0.  We modify the HTML in the <div> section of the mashup..  We can no longer do it in v7.5 and higher.  This change prevents our customers of our application from moving up to the latest version of Spotfire.
