Information Designer window backend and elements column no and sorting

In information designer we want that developer can see more number of column while creating column or joins ,currently its limited to 3 items only.Also there should be an option of keeping it in back end as floated windows so that user can switch from data modelling to Visualations without clicking onTools>Information Designer .

 

Also in information designer it would be helpful if we can see table name and coulm name sorted by name.
