Allow authoring in web clients, needs global setting

The setting “Allow authoring in web clients”, needs a way to be disabled on all clients globally, or a method to turn this off on all analysis in the library.

    You can turn off web authoring for all users or a group of users by unchecking the business author licenses in the administration manager.
