Read only Access on scheduling and Routing Merged

As scheduling and routing is an important feature to keep the templates in memory and assigning the templates to specific nodes, however, sometimes end users don’t aware how to use the scheduling and a wrong setup of schedules can impact the system, so we want users to see what all schedules are there in the system but with read only access, so that cannot make any change.
