one polynomial curve with multiple y-axes and allow scatter plot in combination chart Merged

when there is a combination chart it is more that user need only one curve for either of axis. but in Spotfire it allows two curves two be drawn when there are multiples axes or a single curve which is an average curve for both the values axis. And in combination chart allow options to be line,bar, scatter.

i had attached an image for this example of user requirement. Please implement this as soon as possible.
