This has been a bit frustrating for me. I'd very much like to have a drop-down with an All option as a default option. I get you can use custom scripts, but the functionality is available for the List Box filter so why isn't it also available as a property control? The closest option without custom script is to use a Multi-Select Listbox, but you have to physically select all of the data. In the default List Box Filter, the All option makes it much easier to select all the data, especially if you have more than five options. Will we ever see this sort of option in a property control?
