Add option to prompt user before reloading data all data from button on the toolbar

We work with some large data sets and sometimes mistakenly click on the reload data icon on the toolbar.  Cancelling this action takes quite a bit of time.  I'd like a configuration option which creates a secondary prompt after clicking the reload data button that asks the user to confirm.

    But the reload is done with the setting depending on data table properties. It would be nice to have a reload with prompt button in the data canvas aswell. And please bring back the reload data with prompt button in the data table properties of spotfire X like in spotfire 7.x

    My recommendation would be for Spotfire Analyst and Spotfire Business Author users to always reload data from the source view, see image below. This provides complete control over what data sources are reloaded.
