Enable administrator see a user's webplayer view

It's useful for an administrator to see how an ordinary user view is on the webplayer to make sure that row-level security is being implemented properly.  Currently, one has to ask a user for their password to do this, which is bad protocol.  Other systems that we use have a "View As" feature for high-level admin users.
