Use Location Services to Show Local Time in Spotfire Cloud Libraries vs. Iceland Time Zone Merged

I find the "modified" timestamps in Spotfire Cloud to be very annoying as they are showing times from Iceland while I am in the USA, Pacific Standard Time.  Is it possible for Spotfire Cloud to use the current users location settings/address to show the correct time?
