Anyone should be able to update a bookmark not only the owner of the bookmark or users in administrator group. Any user should be able to update the bookmark.

What would be most helpful would be to have a Spotfire License that could be applied to a user group that would allow them either "View all bookmarks" or "Edit all bookmarks". The use case we have, specifically for Public bookmarks is that the creator of the bookmark is either out of the office or left the company and we can't easily update the bookmark when needed and instead have to go through more laborious create-new / delete old activities.
