Need a tool-tip like details on demand visualization ... Merged

In many cases, users need a quick clean way to look at the raw data behind a marker in a scatter plot ... something that is not sticky like tool-tips. So it would be great if we can configure a "simple" chart to popup when we hover over a marker in a scatter plot. The simple chart should be appear/disappear automatically ... user should also be able to define the chart settings (type, axis, colors ... ).
