Double-click on a chart element and launch an undocked new chart with details (eg underlying data details for inspection) Merged

Usually I have 2 types of pages : eg a chart at the top and a "show detail" visualization underneath, usually as a data table. The other type is with multiple charts - but then there is no room for such an "inspection" visualization. In such cases I would like to double-click on eg a bar in a bar chart and launch a floating visualization - in my case the data table for that element the user double-clicked on.
