Allow KPI Visualizations height to be locked

Since the KPI reports don't resize in height when using Fit to Window there should be an option available for those to lock in their height so they don't look badly between different rendering resolutions

    Mike, thank you for contributing your idea. Since you posted this we have implemented the "Lock visualization area" feature. This helps ensuring that text areas and KPI charts (and other visuals) have a fixed height. Does it solve your issue?
