Add button to title bar to turn annotations on and off

Having the annotations visible all the time is kind of a pain.  In a Ruths.ai extension I have seen a button in the title bar that lets you turn annotations on and off a given visualization.  This is good functionality that would be nice in the base product.

    Hi Julie, actually there is a button in the title bar that toggles the annotations visibility.

    Was this what you asked for, or did you mean a button to toogle annotations in ALL visualizations on/off?
