Fix the way Spotfire in-database connection generates highly inefficient SQL query

This is more of an issue/bug than an enhancement/idea. Spotfire in-database connection generates highly inefficient SQL query with WHERE clause when it is not at all required. For example, if a visualization is showing a metric/measure such as Sales across all Product Brands when there are no filters applied (or All the filters have value selected as 'ALL'), the Spotfire generates the SQL query with Where clause passing all the values such as Product_Id in (1,2,3,..). Please fix/add this at the earliest since the business is unable to use the reports.
