Import and Export Option to Assign New GUID

Currently Import and Export functionality is not assigning new GUID if the folder does not exist. We need to assign new GUID to objects if the folder does not exist as well. TO avoid issues during the migration in case if we replace the object at destination where the same GUID object are already
