Scientific formatting in Y axis of charts change when adding more data or switch trellis Merged

Hi ,

The engineering notation of Y axis is required. It means formatting should be E-3, or E-6, or E-9(3 0s). After user's add new data, Y axis is auto-changed to E-8, then user has to re-change all visualizations formats to E-9.

One more feature user require for more understanding is to keep user's Y axis format settings, ex E-3, E-6, E-9 engineering notation, to be like custom1, custom2,..., for reusing. That helps for whenever we trellis or add data and the Y axis formatting changes, we use the customs directly neither than change it manually for each one. Please let me know if you need information.
