To handle the request timed out issues while publishing larger analyses to the library, the Dxp Services timeout setting needs to be increased every time when they install an Analyst or needs to be done at different locations if they have different modules. To reduce the manual work for the user, timeout settings can be kept as a centrally managed preference vs a change like this that will get wiped during a hotfix update, etc.
