UX: Use "Color from Visualization" directly on chart legends options

By adding this option directly in the "Color By" drop down of the Visualization Legend, it reduces clicks for doing this on each individual visualization. Alternatively, this could be managed by a broader color scheme/theme management system for all visualizations on each page/dxp.
