Spotfire 10 - Quick access in tool bar - pin Icons to author bar on left Merged

Spotfire 10 has eliminated a lot of the buttons that I was accustomed to using in the tool bar of Spotfire.  The functionality is there via the search bar but the ease of one click action is gone.  It would be great to pin from the search bar to the bar on the left where the 3 pop outs and the node manager on the bottom are.

Also, I notice that User Interface isn't a category in the idea forum, so there isn't a great place to put the set of ideas I've been submitting recently.

Bring back the quick access icons on top navigation!

Spotfire X update made major change in terms of function navigation. Many actions which used to be only 1 click through top icon header now require way more clicks to complete. Try reload data or add new table from existing table in the analysis! ...

Spotfire 10 customize-able sidebar

There is so much unused space in the sidebar. It would be nice to be able to allow the developer to add their most used selections from the Toolbar and customize it the way they like.
