Add supported functions for in-db connections to Redshift

The supported functions for in-db connections to Redshift (https://docs.tibco.com/pub/sfire-analyst/7.12.0/doc/html/en-US/TIB_sfire-analyst_UsersGuide/connectors/amazon-redshift/redshift_supported_functions.htm) are insufficient to perform any useful analyses. For example there is no way of getting the current date in order to compare and/or limit based on date range (e.g. Past 12 months, last 30 days, etc) and DateDiff() and DatePart()/Extract() functions are not available (for the same purpose). Even the basic Median() function is not available.
