Add method to the JavaScript mashup API to check Spotfire version

I'm working on Selenium based tests for Spotfire reports. Some tests need to vary depending on the Spotfire version (e.g. clicking on the export menu option is different in 10.x versus 7.x). It would help if there were a supported API to check what version of Spotfire is running.
