Spotfire Ideas Portal
In the scientific community there is a movement to display the underlying datapoints when displaying visual representations of the data. There is a movement to change our practices for presenting continuous data in small sample size studies as different data distributions can lead to the same bar or line graph. As a matter of fact many journals are now requiring these data displays. Since we can't do this in Spotfire we will need use another visualization tool to comply. I would love to see this feature prioritized as I'm sure will many other scientists using the platform. I uploaded a couple examples.
